Wing Instruments Trial Period
Wing Instruments offers a 7-Day Approval Period on all standard (no options) Wing Instruments instrument purchases. We understand that it seems risky to purchase an instrument, like ours, without the chance to try it out personally. We encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing to help ensure you make a well-informed decision so your experience is as satisfying as possible. If you’re not totally satisfied with your standard instrument purchase, we’ll refund the entire purchase price of the item (less shipping charges, both ways) only if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery to you.
NOTE: Left-handed models and custom orders (selected options beyond the number of strings and wood choices) are excluded.
We will accept requests for the return of a standard instrument within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping both ways. After 7 days we will accept requests for return within 14 days of delivery, less shipping both ways, and a 15% re-stocking fee.
You must contact us for an Return Authorization Number, prior to returning the item, by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order number and reason for return. We would really appreciate it if you could provide an open and honest reason for the return as we strive to make our products the best they can be.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the item. Returned items are expected to be shipped in the same container as received and are expected to be in the exact same condition as they were when shipped. Any damages discovered upon receipt will be assessed and additional charges may be incurred.
Wing Instruments reserves the right to determine, at our discretion, if an item that has been returned qualifies for a refund or exchange.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
